Singapore: LHN Group’s coliving brand Coliwoo will launch a mixed-use development within a set of two-storey shophouses along Lavender Street and Serangoon Road.
The space, called Coliwoo Lavender Collection, will be LHN’s sixth mixed-use project in the city state.
“The launch of Coliwoo Lavender Collection is a huge milestone for us as it is the first shophouse coliving lifestyle hub in our property portfolio,” said Kelvin Lim, executive chairman, executive director and group managing director of LHN Group.
Coliwoo Lavender Collection’s coliving space will comprise 105 units, located on the second floor. Units will have an en suite bathroom, a queen or single bed, a work desk and a smart TV, alongside housekeeping services.
The first floor will feature lifestyle retail units and F&B outlets.
Coliwoo is launching more than 10 properties over the next two years, totalling 1,673 keys. These locations will span across the brand’s existing coliving concepts: Residences, serviced apartments and hotels.
