AWC launches coliving at Bangkok mixed-use tower

Thailand: Real estate group Asset World Corp (AWC) has launched its Co-Living Collective: Empower Future scheme at The Empire, a Bangkok mixed-use scheme.

AWC has invested more than $30 million in the project, which has 1,500 square metres of coliving space,  with a living room, a communal open kitchen, dining area, kids’ room and pets’ hotel.

The Co-living Collective will also have a food and beverage rooftop in collaboration with AWC Infinite Lifestyle (AWI), which will be completed in 2023. The Residence at the Empire Co-living will have a combination of workspaces with complimentary service. The design will include shared communal spaces for individual work, group discussions and meetings, a body-mind zone with a nap lounge, showers and changing rooms. Other features include a swing floor option, fully or partly furnished workspaces with materials and equipment tailored to tenants’ needs, such as flexible partitions, modular furniture, furniture and design and decorating advice services for convenience during construction.

The Empire is on track to achieve LEED Certification, the standard for sustainable green buildings, and WELL standard to promote the health and wellness of occupants and visitors.

The Ascott Ltd is also due to open a coliving property in Bangkok, lyf Riverside Bangkok.
