UK: BTR operator, developer and investor Get Living has appointed Jon Wood as chief information and technology officer.
He will lead the company’s technology and neighbourhood teams and brings extensive experience in defining and delivering technology and digital strategies.
Wood will report into CEO Rick de Blaby, and joins Dan Greenslade, chief financial officer, and COO Ailish Christian-West on Get Living’s executive team.
He joins from the Medical Protection Society, where he was executive director, member experience, digital and data. Prior to this, he was VP and CIO, digital and data at Disney, following his time at Carnival as its CIO.
He has also held senior positions at Merlin Entertainments PLC, Fitness First and Nuffield Health. He has over 20 years’ experience in international c-suite digital and technology roles across business and consumer organisations.

Wood joins Get Living at a time of growth, with 4,000 operational homes and a further 6,500 in the secured pipeline across the UK.
