Ireland: Joint venture partners Harrison Street and Eagle Street Partners are set to launch the Marshall Yards Build-to-Rent (BTR) scheme in Dublin next month.
The scheme, in Dublin’s Docklands, topped out in November last year. It is made up of 554 apartments over nine blocks up to 15-storeys and two duplex blocks arranged around a central public plaza. It also includes 4,000 square metres of commercial space which will feature a café, creche and retail units.
The units are a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features an integrated kitchen, private balcony, premium finishes and city, sea or mountain views.
Amenities at the pet-friendly development include a gym and wellness centre, pickleball court, residents’ lounge, a rooftop terrace/garden, coworking workspaces, landscaped communal areas, high-speed internet throughout the development, 24/7 concierge services, secure bike storage, on-site parking and community events.
The BTR development, located on East Road, North Wall, Dublin, is well-connected to public transport, local amenities and key landmarks.
Eagle Street Partners and Harrison Street have appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the leasing and estate managers for Marshall Yards.
The wider project team includes DBFL Consulting Engineers, Ethos Engineering, Linesight, Lafferty, JFA, Maurice Johnson & Partners, ORS, Billings Design Associates, Saul Design Architecture & Interiors, MJF Interiors, Brady Shipman Martin, O’Mahony Pike Architects and DLC Europe.
The JV was launched in June 2022.
