UK: McLaren Living has secured planning approval from for a 280-unit coliving scheme at Fish Island, Hackney Wick, in east London.
The development will regenerate the final plot in the Neptune Wharf masterplan, delivering 44 affordable homes alongside the coliving studios. Amenties will include a library, gym and studio space with communal areas featuring kitchens, dining, social, cinema and creative rooms, plus laundry facilities. The development will include a new social coworking café and flexible pop-up event space.
Designed by HTA Design, the scheme will consist of two buildings of 10 and seven storeys.
