UK: Flexible workspace operator x+why has agreed a deal to operate 12,860 square feet of space on Level 7 at 22 Bishopsgate in the city of London.
OnSeven at 22 Bishopsgate will comprise 80 dedicated desks, 150 coworking spaces, four meeting rooms and a 70-seat theatre style event space, which will be available 24/7.
x+why will deliver a curated programme of events for members and other occupiers in the building including social breakfasts, drinks and wellness events, including yoga and breathwork, and thought leadership talks.
The events space and meeting rooms will be available to non-members for executive meetings and AGMs and will be bookable by the hour or half day.
