Helen is a partner in the commercial real estate team and head of BTR at Forsters LLP. She is passionate about working with clients and intermediaries in the real estate sector and getting deals over the line, meeting clients' key drivers. She has particular expertise in acting for developers and funders of large-scale mixed-use, build to rent schemes and other complex development sites. Helen’s knowledge and experience spans a range of sectors including BTR, mixed use, occupier, business and leisure sectors and she act for funders, developers, operators, borrowers, landlords and occupiers. Helen is a member of the BPF BTR committee, working to promote Build to Rent as a key part of the UK's housing mix and improving ESG outcomes.
