UK: Amro Partners has appointed Elisabetta Li Destri Nicosia as managing director for ESG and sustainability.
In her new role she be responsible for delivering its climate agenda, working closely with Amro’s investor partners to align capital with its ESG commitments.
Elisabetta joined residential living specialist Amro Partners in 2022 as director for sustainability and ESG, tasked with developing Amro’s capabilities and helping embed them at asset, portfolio and corporate levels.
Amro’s in-house data intelligence platform targets continuous emissions reductions throughout the design, construction and operational stages, using machine-led learning, AI and automated reporting and intervention.
Since 2022, the company has achieved BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and Fitwel 3* for every new residential living project.
