US: ARK Homes For Rent has acquired two new BTR communities in Florida, Oak Haven and Ormond Grande.
Located in the Tampa suburb of Riverview, Oak Haven will feature 120 new homes while Ormond Grande will offer 60 new homes in Ormond Beach, near Daytona Beach. These new acquisitions are part of ARK’s recently announced initiative to work with strategic partners to invest up to $2 billion in SFR and BTR communities in the Sunbelt over the next five years.
“We continue to be bullish on Florida and are thrilled to announce that Oak Haven and Ormond Grande are now part of the ARK Homes For Rent family,” said Jordan Kavana, chairman and founder of ARK Homes For Rent. “All of our BTR communities seamlessly blend affordability with contemporary luxury and these new homes will help us meet the unprecedented demand we are seeing in the Sunbelt. These two new communities are just the beginning as we continue to expand our robust portfolio throughout Florida and across the country.”
“Our new homes in Oak Haven and Ormond Grande are excellent strategic additions to our portfolio in strong markets,” added John Isakson, CEO of ARK Homes For Rent. “The current state of the economy and high interest rates have increased the number of residents choosing to rent and ARK Homes For Rent is well positioned to meet that demand. These new communities in Tampa and Daytona/Ormond Beach combine the ease and space of suburban living with close proximity to employment centres, local beaches, parks, shopping, dining and other entertainment options.”
ARK Homes For Rent recently launched a mobile app which the company says offers features “beyond traditional property management, including helping residents pay rent, submit maintenance work orders, access HOA information, shop in a tailored marketplace, and exclusive access to ARK Living platform with its custom health content and on-demand wellness features”.
