UK: The Association for Rental Living, the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors, has announced the ARL Rental Living Pathways Conference, an event designed for teams at an early point in their careers, on 6th November 2025 at London’s One Canada Square.
Pathways Conference delegates will have access to a content programme designed to foster a sense of career progression and purpose, with content tailored to varying stages of junior development.
The event will run alongside the ARL Rental Living Annual Conference 2025, providing Pathways Conference delegates with the opportunity to learn, network and share ideas with the wider sector.
The Pathways Conference will be led by Grace Morgan. Committed to attracting talent to the sector and educating on the career pathways available, Morgan has shaped the conference programme to suit new entrants to the sector (including graduates and apprentices), site-based staff such as assistant building managers and facilities coordinators who are keen to understand the broader industry and aspiring middle managers.
With many junior staff focused on day-to-day operations, the Pathways Conference will provide an introduction to the build-to-rent (BTR) investment and development landscape.
The event will also include sessions on career pathways in the sector, customer experience and community building and technology and innovation in property management. A series of roundtables with sector leaders will also provide an informal Q&A opportunity with mid-level and senior managers, designed to encourage engagement, aspiration and networking.
