USA: Southeast-based commercial national real estate development group East West Partners, in collaboration with Atlanta-based commercial real estate company, Holder Properties, has opened Fenland, a collection of BTR townhomes.
The BTR townhomes are set on 5.5 acres in Newell Creek Village, Daniel Island.
Fenland includes 50 three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from 195 to 223 square metres (2100 to 2400 square feet) with resort-style amenities.
Fenland will have a pool, community dock, coworking space, fitness centre, and access to 25 miles of trails.
Move-ins have begun with rentals being managed by East West Hospitality. Rates start at £3,560 ($4804) per month.
