UK: Developer Bywater Properties has appointed Harry Daws as its head of living.
The company is planning a strategic move into the residential sector this year. Daws brings almost 15 years of experience in real estate investment, most recently acting as investment director at Scape.
As head of living, he will help the company shape its residential investment strategy over the next year. He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining such a talented group with a collective passion for decarbonising the real estate sector. I look forward to helping Bywater expand into the residential market.”
