UK: Casa by Moda is set to open Casa, North Valley in Nottingham – its first SFR neighbourhood in the Midlands.
Set to welcome its first residents in Spring 2025, Casa, North Valley includes 114 two- and three-bedroom family homes. Located on Radford Road in New Basford, the scheme was acquired from housebuilder Strata Homes and will be managed by Casa by Moda.
The scheme is a 15-minute drive from Nottingham city centre, and is close to local amenities including local green spaces such as Vernon Park and Sports Pavilion. Several top-rated primary and secondary schools are also within a mile of the development.
New footpaths to local roads will also be created as part of the development for improved transport accessibility. Residents will also benefit from several tram stops within a ten-minute walk, providing access to Nottingham City Hospital and Nottingham Trent University.
Rob Larkin, pre-construction director at Strata, said: “Casa by Moda is one of the leading providers of SFH, so an opportunity like this to work with them to deliver our family home designs as part of their innovative rental model is fantastic to be part of. Regeneration of brownfield land like this site on Radford Road is a great opportunity to bring much needed housing to the area.”
Matthew Townson, director of development and projects at Casa by Moda, added: “The landscape for single-family rental has never been more exciting, and we’re starting 2025 as we mean to go on with the launch of Casa, North Valley. Looking ahead we have ambitious plans for the future and are looking forward to collaborating with leading housebuilders like Strata Homes, as well as local authorities and landowners, to deliver high-quality new homes across the UK, as we continue to deliver a UK-wide portfolio of secure, high quality rental accommodation for this undersupplied market.”
Casa, North Valley is pet friendly and will also offer residents superfast broadband, smart home security systems and doorbells, and environmental monitoring devices by Utopi.
Smart technology installed within homes will enable tenants to track room temperature, air quality and energy usage in real time. All homes are equipped with either air source heat pumps or solar panels, and hold a minimum EPC B rating.
