UK: Third-party living sector operating company Colby River has appointed Jackie Robinson as managing director of Colby River Property Management.
Colby River was launched in September 2025 following a spin-out of Dandara Living Management from the Dandara Group. The company operates across a wide range of asset classes including single-family, multi-family and student living. Its end-to-end model spans investment and asset management through to leasing and property management.
Robinson leads the property management arm of the business working in partnership with Delphine Deasy, managing director of capital management, to ensure full alignment between investment strategy and on-the-ground performance as the company continues to scale.
She was formerly director of operations at Greenwich Peninsula for Knight Dragon, and has also worked at Get Living.
Robinson said: “Colby River’s integrated structure is what makes this role so compelling. By bringing capital management and operations together, we can drive performance from investment management right through to long term delivery. Colby River manages more than 5,000 residential units across the UK and serves a growing global client base.
