UK: Construction company United Living Group has been awarded a £75 million contract to build 1NQ, a 261-unit BTR scheme in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
A joint venture between Marco Living and Axis RE,the scheme is scheduled to be completed in 2026. Located on Tariff Street, the development consists of two ten and 12-storey blocks, comprising a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private gardens, roof terraces and rooftop amenities. The development will also provide two commercial units on the ground floor.
1NQ at Tariff Street is one of two projects that United Living is currently working on in Manchester, which will deliver a total of 557 homes across the city.
