Grainger leases up second Bristol BTR scheme

UK: Grainger plc has announced the successful lease-up of the Millwrights Place BTR scheme in Bristol.

Grainger is investing £257 million in Bristol to provide 833 homes across three developments. Millwrights Place is the second of the three, and comprises 231 studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental homes. More than 70 per cent of the properties were let within its first month

Amenities include a gym, super-fast fibre optic broadband, resident’s lounge, coworking space, meeting pods, private dining room, exercise studio, and a dedicated onsite resident services team.

Helen Gordon, chief executive at Grainger, said: “We believe that Bristol is an excellent place to be investing, and our latest scheme, Millwrights Place, provides high-quality homes managed by a dedicated on-site team, raising the bar for Bristol renters. We look forward to welcoming our newest residents to Millwrights Place and to our continued delivery of new homes in this fantastic city with the 2025 launch of Glasshouse Square.”
