Glasshouse Square will amenities including a residents’ lounge, gym, games room and coworking space, plus roof terraces and a podium garden. It will also offer four commercial spaces available for businesses to rent, offering services to residents and the general public.
Leesa Ingham, head of marketing at Grainger, said: “When naming any Grainger development we carefully consider the history and heritage of the surrounding area to inspire our thinking. Glasshouse Square celebrates the heritage of the glasshouses which operated in Redcliff during the 17th century, once the largest production of glass outside of London. We’re delighted to be announcing our third build-to-rent development in Bristol, strengthening our city cluster and the services we can offer to our residents.”
