UK: Single-family rental (SFR) operator Leaf Living has appointed David Mullin as chief financial officer (CFO).
Mullin, who has more than 20 years’ experience in residential and corporate finance, most recently served as managing director of commercial operations at affordable housing provider Sage Homes.
Prior to that, he spent eight years in senior financial roles at housebuilder Berkeley Homes, having begun his career with global healthcare company GSK.
As CFO of Leaf Living, which is founded by Blackstone Real Estate and Regis Group, he will play a central role in scaling the platform and supporting the continued evolution of the business.
