UK: Contractor GRAHAM has achieved the successful completion of the Pall Mall Press project, a 22-storey BTR tower in Liverpool.
The development, led by Ridgeback Group and designed by Falconer Chester Hall, will deliver 336 apartments over a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The development features green roofs for rainwater recycling, solar panels, and well-lit interiors to minimise reliance on electric lighting, as well as retail space and a private garden terrace for residents.
