Lloyds names Ascend to operate latest BTR homes

UK: The build-to-rent arm of Lloyds Banking Group, Lloyds Living, has appointed single-family rental (SFR) operator Ascend to manage 98 new homes in its portfolio.

The properties, which include two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, are spread across two sites in Bolton and one in Ellesmere Port.

They join the 821 homes the operator has managed for Lloyds Living since it acquired the UK private rented sector portfolio in October 2024.

The homes will be operated under its resident-facing brand, Ascend Living, launched in February 2025.

Ascend, which operates over 9,500 SFR homes nationwide, manages more than 12,000 properties across sectors.
