UK: Royalton Group and Frogmore’s Cotton Quay development site in Salford is being marketed by Vandermolen Real Estate and CBRE UK.
The eight-acre site has planning consent for 1,493 residential units with the potential for 2,235 units across 1.6 million square feet and could generate nearly £500,000 each year.
