UK: BTR investor, developer and operator Moda Group has announced the launch of Embassy Boulevard, a BTR neighbourhood in Nine Elms, south London, which will feature 467 new rental homes set to become available in 2025.
Located near the US Embassy, Embassy Boulevard will offer a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with 30 homes reserved for key workers at discounted market rents. Reservations are set to open this April.
The development should also feature 15,000 square feet of amenities including a golf simulator, karaoke room, private dining spaces, roof terraces, coworking areas, resident lounges, library, and a screening room.
Moda said the neighbourhood is designed to foster community, by offering a calendar of events and social activities to encourage engagement among residents.
Fitness spaces in the neighbourhood will include a weights area, a cardio studio as well as yoga and Pilates studio.
Outdoor areas include landscaped roof gardens, courtyards, a children’s playground and BBQ areas.
The company says demand for rental homes in Nine Elms has surged by 40 per cent, and this new development aims to respond to this growing demand.
Nine Elms has emerged as a destination for professionally managed rental homes, with BTR properties making up 50 per cent of new homes delivered since 2023, compared to a 37 per cent average across London.
Johnny Caddick, chief executive of Moda Living, said: “Embassy Boulevard is a stunning addition to the Moda portfolio and a major milestone for the business as our first development in London. With its beautiful homes, exceptional amenities, and prime location, we are confident this neighbourhood will thrive. We’re excited to welcome residents to Embassy Boulevard later this year.”
Embassy Boulevard will be managed under Moda’s in-house ESG strategy, Next Generation Futures, who aims to achieve leading benchmarks and accreditations to deliver a sustainable rental living experience.
