UK: Real-estate developer Watkin Jones has appointed Native Communities as the operator for Signal Box Yard, a newly completed Build to Rent (BTR) development in Bath.
The development includes 316 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with three ground-level commercial units totalling 5,264 square feet.
Residents have access to amenities including a gym, a concierge, a roof terrace, a shared workspace, a residents’ lounge, a private dining room, and pet-friendly policies.
The building also offers on-site maintenance, bike storage, Wi-Fi, and parking, with zero-deposit options available.
Native Communities has selected Steve Lemmon as general manager for the property.
Alec Newton, director of origination at Native, wrote on LinkedIn: “We’re thrilled to see Signal Box Yard reach practical completion and proud to be operating this landmark development on behalf of DWS.
“As Bath’s largest Build to Rent community, it aligns closely with what we stand for at Native – thoughtful design, best-in-class placemaking, with a positive social impact. We look forward to welcoming residents and bringing this new neighbourhood to life.”
