PATRIZIA launches Birmingham BTR scheme

UK: Investor and developer PATRIZIA has launched Corkfield, a 375-unit BTR scheme in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

Phase I of the development, comprising 164 apartments, has been released to the market, and will be managed by operator Native Residential.The first residents will move in this month.

Located next to Edgbaston cricket ground, Corkfield features more than 30,000 square feet of shared and social space, including an eighth floor roof terrace, a large outdoor TV/film screen and entertainment room, a landscaped courtyard with pergola and seating, flexible wellness studio, coworking space and boardroom, free WiFi and a private dining facility available to hire.

There will be eight full-time staff based on site, including a 24/7 concierge service.

The development contains a mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom furnished apartments, 127 of which have balconies.

Corkfield also has 340 car parking spaces, 40 EV charging points and 228 secure cycle storage spaces. The apartments range from £1,100 to £2,200 per month.
