UK: Present Made of Eddington, a bespoke BTR development of 373 houses and apartments, is welcoming its first residents this month.
Present Madeis creating neighbourhoods designed solely for renting, offering professionally managed, well-designed houses and apartments with shared facilities and green spaces.
Present Made schemes will feature an on-site gym and fitness studio, cinema rooms, coworking space, green spaces and more.
Just outside Cambridge city centre, Eddington is the first Present Made site, and features 373 pet-friendly homes including three- and four-bedroom houses and one- to three-bedroom apartments.
Eddington is part of the University of Cambridge’s award-winning masterplan to create a sustainably led neighbourhood that contributes to the city’s wider growth in terms of both population and economic potential. Present Made joins an already developing town and community in Eddington, made up of high-quality homes, independent businesses, sports facilities and education including the University of Cambridge Primary School, an Outstanding Ofsted school.

With prices starting at £1,900 a month, each home features ultrafast Wi-Fi and Bosch appliances, as well as a 24/7 onsite team. There is also flexibility to decorate each home as the residents please and each home is available to rent through a simple application process, with no deposit required and flexible-length contracts.
Present Made of Eddington has been funded through a partnership between Nuveen Real Estate and Apache Capital, with debt finance coming from BGO.
