UK: International Hospitality Media has announced that leading prop tech company resicentral is a headline sponsor for this year’s Urban Living Festival event, which is taking place in London’s Canary Wharf on July 5 and 6.

Urban Living Festival is a collaborative and informative event focused on the convergence of real estate and hospitality asset classes. It comprises property tours and a drinks party on day one, and a full day’s interactive conference on day two. The conference places a premium on engagement and collaboration and is made up of workshops, panel discussions and presentations.

George Sell, editor of Urban Living News, said: “We are delighted to welcome resicentral as a headline sponsor. The company’s flexible offer is suitable for a wide range of living sector uses, making it a great fit with the ethos of the festival, which was originally inspired by the increasingly blurred lines between asset classes.”

James Baird, CEO of resicentral, added: “This event perfectly aligns with resicentral’s mission to create smarter homes and more sustainable living. Through our innovative building automation technology, resiAIR™, and energy management platform, resiEM™, we are dedicated to achieving greater efficiency, comfort, and environmental responsibility in urban living. We look forward to demonstrating our technology and speaking with industry leaders across the event.”

Dale Smith, CEO of resicentral’s parent company The SDDE Smith Group, said: “As a group, we recognise the significance of the Urban Living Festival as a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies and ideas. We are excited to witness resicentral’s building automation technology, resiAIR™, and energy management platform, resiEM™, making a profound impact on the industry. The strategic collaboration between resicentral and the Urban Living Festival perfectly aligns with The SDDE Smith Group’s core values, which centre around pushing boundaries to create better places to live, work and stay.”

Baird and Smith will be co-hosting a workshop session at ULF, encouraging attendees to discuss how data will drive real estate innovation.

As well as resicentral, attendees will hear from senior representatives from a wide range of urban living innovators, including Birchgrove, Bartlett Real Estate Institute, Ark Co-Living, Conscious Coliving, Neil Davies Architects, Fidelity International, Locale, Nido, Central District Alliance, Nido, Lamington Group, Wellstudio Architecture, Intergity Group, Vita Group, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, AXA Investment Managers, DP9 Ltd, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Viridian Apartments, Mura Living, Gravity Coliving and more.

resicentral gives property owners, building management teams, residents, and tenants affordable access to a variety of smart automation features controlled through a single bespoke app. Using resicentral’s resiAIR™ technology the system can be tailored for a single specific function, such as video entry, or expanded to control all elements of the building. Including, but not limited to, heating controls, air quality monitoring, access control, leak detection and in-room automation. The possibilities are almost endless; customisation for specific resident and building management requirements results in building owners only paying for the functionality they need. In addition, resicentral offers customised energy management solutions through their resiEM™ technology.
