Ryland submits plans for Birmingham BTR scheme

UK: Developer Ryland Estates Investment Ltd has submitted a planning application for its Trifecta Residences scheme in Birmingham.

The 550-unit residential mixed-use development is proposed for a site bordered by along Bristol Street, Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street. The proposals include three buildings of 40-, ten, and six-storeys, designed by Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio. Ground floor shops, restaurants, cafes, businesses, and service uses will also be available.

Amenities on-site will include coworking spaces, exercise facilities and shared lounges. Natural outdoor space will include walled gardens, terraced landscaping and water features.

The developer says the site has excellent transport connectivity, including bus links to all major locations and Birmingham New Street train station a short walk away. All city centre amenities are located within walking distance of the site.
