UK: The partnership between Sigma Capital and housebuilder Kellen Homes has reached the the £250 million investment milestone.
The partnership was formed 20 months ago to deliver nearly 1,000 homes across five brownfield sites in Greater Manchester, at Salford, Ardwick, Middleton, Bury and Gorton.
Four of the five sites have already broken ground with the fifth due to start in July, with all units to be marketed and operated under Sigma’s SimpleLife portfolio.
