UK: Regeneration specialist Muse has appointed Stephanie Smith to the newly-created role of head of residential.
She joins from BTR management company APO Group, where she was head of group strategy.
Smith brings more than two decades of experience across the residential and mixed-use sector, including roles at Yardi, Atlas Residential, and Invesco EMEA, where she was director of residential operations for Europe and the Nordics.
At Muse, Smith will work across the firm’s regional offices to “amplify the impact, and accelerating the delivery, of new homes across the country”.

As we align with national priorities and expand our residential pipeline, including build-to-rent and affordable, Stephanie will be instrumental in guiding our approach.
