UK: Way of Life has launched The Sessile, a 310-unit BTR scheme in Tottenham hale, north London.
The Sessile will feature a selection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 473 to 1,269 square feet. Amenities include a gym, yoga studio, a vinyl room with a curated record collection, a rooftop orangery and outdoor terrace. The Sessile also features private dining spaces for residents, including a full service kitchen and back of house space for caterers.
The Sessile property will offer residents a regular cultural programme of events including fitness classes hosted by wellbeing partners in addition to regular talks and workshops with local creatives.
With the launch of its second building in Tottenham, Way of Life will continue its Community Life initiative, a “long-term commitment to supporting local neighbourhoods and shaping lasting change”. The initiative allows residents to “form meaningful connections and become part of the fabric of the neighbourhood by supporting and giving back to the local community”.
Gavin Chetty, brand director for Way of Life, said: “The Sessile is our largest project to date with the most extensive amenity offering, reflecting how the space caters to every aspect of our residents’ lifestyles. Typical to the Way of Life approach to building homes, thoughtful design is weaved throughout the spaces. From the finishes in the apartments, to the layout and materiality of amenity spaces that allow residents to use them as an extension of their home, and add another dimension to their life at The Sessile.”
Sowgol Zarinchang, managing director, Way of Life, added: “Our third party offering is there for like-minded investors who would like to collaborate with us and utilise our industry expertise, technical platform and experience to create buildings that are more than just a sum of their parts for residents. It’s great to be part of another project utilising all of Way of Life’s skill set”.
Apartments at The Sessile will be available furnished or unfurnished, with prices starting at £1,995 for a studio. The first residents are due to move in from July 2023.
Way of Life was formed to operate the Long Harbour BTR portfolio and has recently expanded to offer third-party services.
