UK: Kosy Co Living, part of the Kosy Living Group, has submitted plans to redevelop a warehouse on Wells Road in Bath to 96 coliving units and a coworking space.

The scheme also aims to retain the existing business and charity on the site within the new development.

Paul Brundell, CEO of Kosy Living, said: “Bath is renowned for its heritage and for its leading Universities. This new concept of living is aimed directly at those young graduates and professionals who wish to stay within the city but are struggling to find suitable homes.”

“Providing this new type of accommodation provides an opportunity to live in a community with great facilities, amenities, and spaces to work, which will help the city retain high quality graduates as well as offering local young professionals with an alternative to living at home with parents or in standard HMOs. The sites proximity to the city centre and the proposed new office developments at Bath Quays North and South make it an excellent choice for this type of development,” he added.

Paul Van Reyk, COO of Kosy Living, added: “We are working with The Great Wine Co and Designability to understand their business and charity needs and our aim is to provide upgraded and improved shop and work space by allocating ground floor units to them, should planning be successful.”
