UK: DTZ Investors’ coliving brand Folk has launched short stays of one to 89 nights at its Florence Dock property in Battersea, south-west London.
The building, which has recently opened, is Folk’s third in the capital and is located in SW11 a ten-minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town Stations. It features 270 private studios.
Stays will be bookable from one night to 89 nights, and will start from £90 per night.
Florence Dock features roof terraces with views of London, coworking space, community kitchens, a gym, cinema room, gaming room, lounge, and on-site bar, all of which are accessible to short-stay residents.
Folk says it has conducted extensive research with renters and taken learnings from the brand’s first coliving spaces in Harrow and Earlsfield to design its Battersea building. It says the short-stay availability will allow the public to experience coliving, including all the shared spaces and events programme, on a short-term basis with no contract.
