UK: Gravity Co, a UK-based coliving and PRS brand has won the Operator of the Year category in the 2022 Coliving Awards.
Recognised and entered by brands, institutions and individuals working both within and with the coliving industry globally, these awards have been created to “give visibility to the most thought-provoking and innovative approaches in the coliving sector”.
Gravity Co won its award through the submission of its project ‘Community at Heart’, “an in-depth presentation that focuses on its dedication and achievements to date in creating a unique coliving experience that offers modern, adaptable living environments with one principal feature at the core, community”.

Gravity had a hugely successful start to the year with the launch of our fifth and newest property in Reading, adding over 100 new members to our community in the second most important city in the UK for innovation and technology companies, a market the Gravity brand is strongly appealing to. As we move further into 2022 and into next year, we plan to grow this community even further. Not just in the UK, but also internationally with properties in Spain, France and Italy now in our pipeline.”
