Sweden: Serviced apartment operator Movinn has received the final approvals for launching its latest property in Lund.
The 11-key city centre property will be a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. The company’s coliving product, Movinn Coliving, will also be launched in the property – aimed at younger professionals and international students attending Lund University.
The property will be handed over on October 1st and will open immediately.
Moving CEO Patrick Blok said: “This launch is in line with our long term strategy for Sweden as we are now covering two key markets in the country. It also shows the market, that we are able to efficiently source the desired units internationally, which is an important part of implementing our going-alone strategy in Sweden. The launch is upping our geographical reach, it diversifies our activities further and it obviously provides us with some parallel growth tracks.
