UK: Living sector accommodation provider Scape has acquired funding from NatWest to create a 135-bed site in Canada Water, east London, which is set to be completed in August 2026.
The scheme will be located next to an existing Scape student accommodation with 778 beds that will be refinanced as part of the deal.
Scape currently has 7500 beds across the UK under student and coliving brands.
The new scheme marks the second NatWest-supported development for Scape. A 713-bed scheme in Hammersmith is set to be completed this summer.
