UK: Node Living has partnered with Ziser London to deliver Node Limehouse, a 137-bed canal side coliving development in London’s Docklands.

The site occupies a former docklands building historically linked to the construction of parts of the RMS Titanic.

The development retains industrial elements such as preserved brickwork and beams, maintaining Limehouse’s dockland character while providing modern housing.

Node Limehouse will feature a mix of studios and coliving suites, including smaller studio layouts and larger studios with terraces.

Units include built-in storage, kitchenette, dining/work desks, and natural light.

Amenities planned for the site include high-speed wifi, coworking spaces, a library, sky lounge, roof terraces, yoga studio, fitness centre, sauna and plunge pool, communal kitchens with dining areas, and residents’ lounges.

The development will also include a commercial space for a restaurant and venue adjacent to the co-living accommodation.

Anil Khera, founder and chief executive of Node, said: “We are excited to be partnering with the Ziser team on this and future London projects as they bring deep local expertise in the market.”

Guy Ziser, chief executive of Ziser London, said: “Node has brought its global asset management expertise and track record to create value for residents and investors alike on this asset and we hope we can pursue more projects together.”
