US developer set to launch London coliving scheme

UK: Gold Wynn, a North American-based developer, is preparing for the launch of Goldwynn Quay, a coliving scheme in Canary Wharf, London. 

Goldwynn Quay, operated and managed by VervLife, features 209 fully furnished studio and penthouse apartments. Amenities include an on-site gym, co-working space, rooftop terrace and a pickleball court. 

Mark Shooter, head of operations UK for Gold Wynn, said: “Goldwynn Quay represents our long-term commitment to the UK market. We see London as a key city for next generation living, and this project reflects our belief in the strength and resilience of the Build to Rent sector here.” 

Goldwynn Quay will launch to market this month and is expected to be completed by Q3 2025.

Shaka Studio, a property marketing agency, led the branding and marketing for Goldwynn Quay, creating a full suite of marketing assets including CGIs, brochures and a website.
