There will be free public access to a roof terrace offering views across the east of the city towards St Paul’s Cathedral and a mix of free cultural and affordable workspaces, in partnership with the Creative Land Trust (CLT).
Student amenity space will include an on-site cafe/bar, cinema room, music rooms, games area, gym and external roof terraces.
