UK: PBSA provider Collegiate has recently completed the onboarding of the Arlington portfolio, with the final two properties in Chester coming under its management.

Over the past two years, Collegiate UK has been onboarding the 34 Arlington-owned properties and now provides homes to more than 10,500 students in many major cities across the UK.

The addition of the two Chester sites, in Liverpool Road and Hunter Street, brings the total number of properties managed by Collegiate to 41, with 34 of these being owned by UK investment manager Arlington.

With almost 400 beds, Tudor Place (323 beds) and Granary Studios (73 beds) will both now come under the Prima Vidae brand.

Rob Moyle, chief executive for Collegiate UK, said: “The completion of the onboarding of the management of these properties across the UK is a testament to the hard work that the team has put into bringing the accommodation under Collegiate management. With these final two properties in Chester coming under the Collegiate UK brand, we can now offer our quality accommodation and exceptional service to hundreds more under and postgraduates.”
