Spain: Hines has acquired a new purpose-built student accommodation development in Valencia for the Hines European Real Estate Partners III fund.
Currently under construction, the project will deliver 650 beds across two buildings in a single complex. It expands Hines’ Spanish residential portfolio beyond Madrid and Barcelona to Spain’s third-largest city.
In line with Hines’ strategy for European student housing, this asset is located near top universities, Universidad Politécnica de València and Universitat de València, providing convenient accommodation for the city’s significant student population. La Patacona beach is also a few minutes away, offering attractive stays for summer tourists.
Upon anticipated completion in 2027, the asset will be managed by aparto Student, Hines’ student living platform.
