Huckletree partners with British land for latest London location

UK: Flexible workspace operator Huckletree is set to open its eighth workspace at Broadgate in London’s Liverpool Street this September.

Hucketree has signed the property in a deal with British Land, one of Europe’s largest listed real estate investment companies.

The announcement, which is a part of in Huckletree’s wider expansion plans to grow to a 250,000 square feet by the end of this year.

Broadgate is a 21-acre neighbourhood, bridging the City of London and the creative, tech-focused communities of Shoreditch and Old Street. The campus is home to financial, legal, tech and media businesses. It sits alongside Liverpool Street railway station, which will soon undergo redevelopment to improve the connection of one of London’s busiest commuter hubs to the bustling surrounding area.

Huckletree will span four floors of the newly refurbished 199 Bishopsgate building.

The workspace will provide 35,000 square feet of private offices, two enterprise suites, meeting rooms, collaborative breakout areas, a Town Hall event space and communal kitchens. Huckletree Liverpool Street will also have a plant-based café, members’ bar and a dedicated wellness area offering complimentary yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions.

Members at Huckletree Liverpool Street will also have access to tailored programming that includes founder circles and workshop sessions, as well as a network of venture capital investors.

Huckletree is also planning to open more hubs this year, including one in south-west London and the recently announced Huckletree Innovation Lab at Regent’s University London.
