UK: Blackstone-backed iQ Student Accommodation has bought Jensco’s Ten Traffic Street development in Nottingham, which is made up of 522 rooms across two blocks.
The asset opened in September of last year and is 99 per cent let.

Adjacent to the University of Nottingham’s new Castle Meadow campus, the scheme has been extremely successful since opening in September 2022 and we are delighted to have sold the asset to leading PBSA operator iQ Student Accommodation.”
Harris Associates acted on behalf of Jensco for the disposal.
