UK: Bank Leumi UK has promoted Yair Grimberg to UK relationship director after being a client manager for 12 years.
Leumi UK has announced that Yair Grimberg will become the company’s new relationship manager, after working for the banking service company for more than 15 years.
Grimberg joined Leumi in 2007 as an economist and went on to become a client manager in 2011. He worked with real estate clients in Israel during his time at the company. He plans to strengthen the specialist lender’s Israeli-related business and help all clients in their business growth.

Grimberg said that his past 15 years at Leumi UK were an excellent learning experience: “I’ve enjoyed working alongside an impressive team of specialists. To be joining such an excellent team is a privilege, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue steering Leumi toward success.”
Peter Clayton, the head of property finance at Leumi UK said that Grimberg has an “exceptional reputation” and that his “extensive experience” will ensure that the company is in safe hands. Clayton said: “Yair’s familiarity with Leumi UK’s customer-first approach and sectoral expertise means that his appointment to relationship director is a natural next step as our real estate portfolio continues to expand and progress.”
