Worldwide: Private equity investment firm Limestone Capital has invested in coliving platform Outsite to scale the brand globally.

The investment includes equity in the brand, a separate real estate vehicle to acquire additional properties, and a credit line, according to Skift. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the arrangement, Outsite will source future properties with Limestone handling purchases.

According to Outsite’s website, the company manages a portfolio of 50 locations globally with its largest market being the United States. 37 locations are managed directly by Outsite with the remaining 13 operated by partners.

Writing on LinkedIn, Emmanuel Guisset, co-founder and CEO of Outsite, said: “In 2025, we were more focused on gross operational margin and with that decision, we had to make a few hard calls, including closing locations and slower ‘growth’ in the last 18 months. These are the decisions that come with maturing into a larger hospitality company, and diversifying our offering. In 2025, we launched Trips, 30 day journeys designed to be shared, and Outsite Curated – our marketplace of remote-ready accommodation.

“Looking forward, this year we’re looking for more properties in Europe and LATAM – we have a few exciting ones already – and we’re growing the team to support the next phase of growth,” Guisset added.

Grazi Paineli, managing director and head of acquisitions at Limestone Capital, said: “Another super exciting investment that perfectly complements Limestone’s strategy in the hospitality universe, at the intersection of coliving, coworking, and modern lifestyle real estate. [I’m] proud to join the board and work alongside an exceptional team as we scale a portfolio of truly differentiated assets in some of the world’s most compelling destinations.”
