UK: Central London workspace provider MetSpace has grown its team with five new appointments.
Joining the operations team are Katrina Knights, buildings manager; and Aleks Romanowska, assistant buildings manager; while Nick Jaye joins as sustainability consultant. Sophie Haugh is the company’s newest inbound sales and broker relations manager and Joseph Schogger joins the maintenance team.
The appointments mark a continued investment in client experience and sustainability, as the business expands its portfolio across Central London.
Knights brings over a decade of leadership experience in high-end hospitality and flex space management. Previously, she held key roles at Fora, was a career coach for charity Future Frontiers, and was hand-picked from hundreds of applicants to launch Gaucho’s overseas site in Hong Kong, later mentoring through the Brand’s UK-based academy.
Romanowska adds valuable CRM, account management, and partnerships experience from the commercial real estate sector. Her background in relationship management and marketing for a flexible office operator, along with rigorous client-facing roles in the travel and hospitality industry, make her a strong addition to MetSpace’s service-led operations team.
Knights said: “I’m excited to contribute to the already exceptional service that MetSpace is known for, and to be part of such a driven, like-minded team. The culture and care woven throughout the business has stood out to me since day one, as has the team’s expertise and dedication. I can’t wait to take that even further.”
Romanowska added: “I feel very proud to be joining such a proactive operations team. I can already see how unique – and effective – their working relationships with landlords, brokers and occupiers is. It’s a real strength of their model.”
Jaye’s work will focus on showcasing MetSpace’s ESG credentials and demonstrating how its fit-out solutions help landlords meet sustainability targets and comply with forthcoming MEES regulations. With 10 years’ experience as a commercial asset manager, Jaye has worked with a range of landlords, across multiple sectors and asset classes, including The Crown Estate, Topland Group and Galliard Homes.
“I’m pleased to be consulting with MetSpace to champion their sustainability initiatives and ESG considerations, as they help landlords to future-proof assets and enhance long-term value. It’s a pivotal moment for the industry, and it pays to be well ahead of the curve, as MetSpace are,” he said.
MetSpace COO Ashley Diamond said:: “As our portfolio grows, it’s crucial that our team remains strong and agile. Our ability to consistently deliver the fast, responsive service our clients deserve alongside proactive property management defines our ethos. Katrina and Aleks both bring excellent client facing experience and the energy, professionalism, and instinct we value so highly. Sustainability is a major focus for MetSpace, and in Nick we have an experienced and savvy adviser who will help inform our approach across our portfolio, while Sophie and Joseph are important additions to our team.
