UK: Developer SAV Group has acquired a development site close to Edinburgh’s Leith Walk.
The £35 millon scheme is set to begin construction soon with completion expected in Q2 2027.
The scheme will include 112 studio apartments, a cinema, a games room, a library, a gym, a study area, and shared outdoor space.
Sustainability features will include a rainwater management system and solar panels. The development is aiming to get a BREEAM excellent rating.
