UK: The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a management agreement for 16 – 18 Middlesex Street on the edge of the City of London in Aldgate.
This will be the firm’s fourth opening in 2024, as it reached 40 locations in May. The flexible workspace provider has signed the agreement with Unite Students and will offer affordable workspace.
Unite Students‘ 24-storey development is mixed-use, and has 920 purpose-built homes for students. It features an exhibition area, cinema room, study rooms and common areas.
Boutique’s office premises will be completely separate, with a dedicated entrance, offering 10,300 square feet across ground, first, second and third floors.
With a planned opening in Autumn, The Boutique Workplace Company will offer occupiers a range of fully furnished private offices, breakout spaces and meeting rooms. It will also offer key amenities including phone booths, showers, bike racks, lockers, and the workplace will be dog-friendly.

The company has recently opened its doors to 24 Lime Street in the City of London, as well as 9 George Square in Glasgow and 32 Threadneedle Street in the City.
