UK: Real estate asset manager Valesco Group is launching an investment drive into London’s PBSA market.
The UK and European specialist real estate manager with assets under management of €2.5 billion,
The group, which is backed by sovereign and institutional investors predominantly from Asia and the Middle East. is headquartered in London. It has €2.5 billion of assets under management, mostly in the office sector.
Chief executive Shiraz Jiwa said the group will create its own operating platform as well as working with other PBSA operators in the space.
