UK: Savills has been appointed to advise on the delivery of senior living sites in Alderley Edge and Knutsford.
Alderley Park is located close to Alderley Edge, and is described as “a best-in-class senior living development opportunity”. The site has detailed planning consent for 139 C2 extra-care apartments, with approximately 15,400 square feet of amenity space including a wellness spa, restaurant and gym, across 4.12 acres.
A further site on the edge of Knutsford has undergone a pre-app for the development of 158 C2 extra care apartments with an extensive array of amenities, totalling around 288,000 square feet GIA.
Both sites benefit from close proximity to Cheshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’ with access to restaurants, boutiques and golf courses. They are also located within close proximity to Manchester Airport and have excellent connectivity via the M6 and the A34, providing easy access across the north-west.
