Mixed-use scheme planned for Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District

US: Two businessmen, David Cohen and Liam Krahe, have acquired a six-parcel assemblage in Miami, Florida, for $20.9 million and plan to turn it into a mixed-use property. 

The property, which includes 35,544 square feet of space, is located in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. 

Building plans for the assemblage state that the mixed-use property will house luxury residential multifamily apartments and retail areas. 

McCaffery Interests, Inc. and Grandview Development Co. are partnering to develop and design the building. Genting Group sold the building to Cohen and Krahe, while Salomé Bascuñan of Bilzin Sumberg and Alfonso Jaramilo of Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate represented the seller. 

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.
